Hello! I'm hoping to get some insight on a really frustrating issue with my Zigbee lights.. I live in an apartment and for just over a year now. My Sengled RGB lights have been working flawlessly through my SmartThings hub which is hardwired to my router. Recently, they've all started to randomly reset as if they were just powered on, becoming unresponsive to controls. When I go to add them back, the SmartThings app immediately finds and re-adds the device, but the cycle repeats every few days..
It started with two lights about a week ago, and now all of my lights are doing it. It's baffling because my Wi-Fi network shouldn't be a factor since these lights are Zigbee. The lights are on analog dimmer circuits, but I keep them at 100% brightness. None of my other smart devices are having any issues, and I use Google Home for voice control.
Has anyone else experienced this? Why would this start now after just a year and what can I do to fix this?? Thanks for any help!!
