Sengled Zigbee lights randomly resetting

Hello! I'm hoping to get some insight on a really frustrating issue with my Zigbee lights.. I live in an apartment and for just over a year now. My Sengled RGB lights have been working flawlessly through my SmartThings hub which is hardwired to my router. Recently, they've all started to randomly reset as if they were just powered on, becoming unresponsive to controls. When I go to add them back, the SmartThings app immediately finds and re-adds the device, but the cycle repeats every few days..

It started with two lights about a week ago, and now all of my lights are doing it. It's baffling because my Wi-Fi network shouldn't be a factor since these lights are Zigbee. The lights are on analog dimmer circuits, but I keep them at 100% brightness. None of my other smart devices are having any issues, and I use Google Home for voice control.

Has anyone else experienced this? Why would this start now after just a year and what can I do to fix this?? Thanks for any help!!

It could be interference or a failing repeater in your network, sometimes even a new neighbor's Wi Fi can mess with Zigbee channels. Make sure your hub firmware is up to date, and try adding a powered Zigbee device like a plug as a repeater to stabilize the mesh. Also, check if the lights are on dimmer switches

Think about using smart plugs to boost your network. Stick them in spots between your main hub and lights to keep things smooth and cut down on connection drops.

What you're experiencing seems to be a ghost network.. even though Zigbee operates on a different protocol, it still shares the 2.4 GHz frequency with Wi-Fi. In a crowded apartment, a new neighbor's powerful router or other electronics can cause interference, leading to channel congestion that disrupts the connection between your SmartThings hub and your lights. I think the simplest solution is to change your Zigbee channel in your SmartThings hub settings. You'll need to re-pair all your devices, but this usually solves the problem.
