Zigbee has 82 Routers, but Zero Reliable Signal

I just rebuilt my Zigbee network (Tubes ZB PoE coordinator, Z2M LXC) and added 82 devices, all routers!
Despite having a massive mesh, my network is totally unreliable.
the devices are slow or unresponsive. I've got tons of routers, but the signal still sucks! Any genius ideas on how to force this network to heal or optimize itself? Should I just wipe it and start the pairing process all over again?

I’d hesitate to wipe everything right away. With family stuff going on, rebuilding a whole Zigbee network is a pain. I’d give it time to heal and maybe reboot the coordinator once things calm down. Mine looked broken at first and then suddenly started behaving.

hi Dan, before you wipe everything, just wait 24–48 hours. Zigbee networks are self healing, but also pretty slow at it
every time you add a device, the routing tables have to update.
with 82 routers, that’s a lot of chatter. if you keep pairing and unpairing, the network never gets a chance to stabilize. Let it sit and settle before making more changes
