A recent moment that made me smile was coming home with both hands full and the entry light came on instantly, the hallway stayed lit just long enough, and everything turned off on its own after. My most reliable routines are motion to lights and time based shutoffs. Smart switches have been way more dependable than smart bulbs for me, especially when someone flips a physical switch. Hub wise I’ve had the best luck with systems that don’t depend on cloud for every action.
