I have got two separate HVAC setups with their own thermostats, one spot's freezing, another's just right, it is a total chaos so I need a smart thermostat with temp sensors I can lock in so nobody messes with it, and the temps actually balance out, and possibly if I can run both units from the same app, cause right now, I'm basically HVAC babysitting full-time.

Sounds like a hassle! Smart thermostats with remote sensors you can lock are your best bet.

ecobee or Honeywell home are good options that let you control multiple units from one app and use sensors to balance things out. hope it releases you from babysitting duties soon!

That's exactly what I need! Ecobee or Honeywell seem like good choices. I'll check them out....anything to stop the constant HVAC juggling.

Ecobee's cool because you can run all sorts of setups and sensors from just one app. It makes life way easier and lets you boss around the temps in different spots
