I'm in NY, and with this extreme weather coming, I should advice you guys to save yourself thousands of dollars in damage and go buy those flood sensors you've been putting off. I learned the hard way with my basement!
Any add on that monitors something that could cause real damage is worth the cost, trust me.
anyone have these sensors already? what flood sensors work best for you?
also, how are you monitoring your sump pumps? I only tracked how often ours ran, but didn't have an alert for when it wasn't running!
