What's up? I've been working on a Home Assistant install in my condo and posted about trying to control an RF-only fan with a smart switch and Bond bridge.

welcome to the community! be sure to be detailed with your post so that members can help.

I’m curious like are you running Home Assistant locally or through the cloud? Bond works great for RF fans, but latency can creep in if Wi-Fi’s congested.

That’s a solid combo. RF control with Home Assistant usually comes down to how well the codes behave. Did you end up mapping discrete speeds or just toggles? Condo setups always add an extra layer of fun.
