Decent flush LED channels for drywall install?

I'm doing a master suite renovation for a client and we're running LED strips around a recessed mirror setup. So now I'm kind of searching everywhere to find aluminum channels that's flat and doesn't leave a bulge under the mud. The Amazon kits have people complaining about warped diffusers or covers that won't stay in place. So if you happen to have any suggestions, the ones that you actually already tried, well that's much better. For reference, the longest section is a little over 6 feet.

Check out solidapollo, they've got decent ones. I got their 45degrees channels for cove lighting and the flexible ones to wrap a mirror, so far so good

I'd recommend sourcing the longer 2m or 3m runs instead of piecing together shorter ones, the seams never really vanish, especially around mirrors where the lighting hits everything, so I'd say wired4Signs or LEDsupply usually has what you need

For a truly flush, seamless look in drywall, you need to step up to more professional grade channels
Look into brands like KLUS Design or PureEdge Lighting. They specialize in architectural lighting and have specific 'mud-in' or 'plaster-in' profiles designed with flanges that feather perfectly into drywall mud.
Their diffusers are usually much higher quality and snap in securely. They'll cost more, but the finished look is night and day, especially for a master suite

I've found that skipping the cheap Amazon kits and going with aluminum channels from places like BTF-LIGHTING or HitLights makes a big difference, they're flat, sturdy and the covers stay put. For a 6ft run, double-check the size and mounting method to keep everything nice and flush.
