Robots to clean kitchen walls

I spent my weekend cleaning the sticky mess behind my stove, and I started wondering, are there small robots that can clean kitchen tiles by themselves?

I know there are robots for cleaning pools, but is there something small that can clean walls or counters? Something that can wipe away oil and food bits so I don't have to keep scrubbing all the time? Just curious if anyone has seen something like this or if it's just wishful thinking!

Haven't seen a robot for walls or counters yet, floor vacs and mops are about as close as it gets. For now it's still down to elbow grease

I think that's a wish many of us share! I only know of robot mops like the iRobot but that's just for floors and low-lying tiles. I haven't also seen any fully autonomous robot for vertical walls and countertops. I could imagine that's a much harder engineering problem since the robot needs to stick to the wall and exert enough force. But it's definitely something I'd look forward to!
